Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of Accountably. By creating an account you agree to them. The service is operated by Bannermedia Ltd (company no. 13237724), registered in England & Wales at 20–22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Tell us at hello@bannermedia.ltd if you suspect your account has been used without your permission.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Acceptable use

Accountably is a tool for focused work alongside people you choose to connect with. Don’t use the service to harass other users, send spam, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, or interfere with the operation of the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these expectations.

Subscription and pricing

Accountably is currently in early access and free to use. We will give registered users at least 30 days’ notice before introducing paid tiers.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may carry out planned maintenance, deploy changes, or respond to incidents in ways that briefly affect availability.

Liability

Accountably is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bannermedia Ltd is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will publish the revised version here and update the date at the top of the page. For material changes we will notify registered users by email.
